Volunteer Opportunities
Youth Food Volunteer
Every Wednesday night, Twelve Church hosts our youth group and we need volunteers to provide a meal. One volunteer owns each Wednesday. You pick a date, tell us what you're bringing, and feed the crew. It's a simple, meaningful way to serve. Once you sign up, you'll get access to the Wednesday calendar where you can claim open dates and enter your food details.
Welcome Center Team
Welcome visitors, pass out gifts, collect visitor information, and keep inventory. Coordinator - Angela Weig. Volunteers needed: 4-6.
Sunday Setup Team
Setup coffee bar, stock connect cards in seat backs, ensure statement of faith and tithe envelopes are stocked, distribute bibles, and place pens in seat backs. Coordinator needed. Volunteers needed: 2-4.
Sunday Cleanup Team
Re-align chairs after worship, collect trash, put things away, and generally tidy up the church. Coordinator needed. Volunteers needed: 2-4.
Social Media Team
Coordinate with church leadership to schedule and promote content on Facebook and Instagram. Coordinator - Pearson Brock. Volunteers needed: 1-2.
Children's Church Check-In Team
Assist parents with new check-in system, manage iPads, answer questions about children's church. Coordinator - Anna Martin. Volunteers needed: 2-4.
Children's Church
Teach or assist in K-2 or 3-5 children's church. Curriculum provided. Coordinators - Anna Martin and Lynn Murphy. Volunteers needed: 8-10.
Security Team
Be present at entrances prior to service. Lock doors after music. Monitor crowd during service. Coordinator - Rob Garner. Volunteers needed: 2-4.
Communications Team
Work in Constant Contact to develop weekly church newsletter (content provided). Create additional church outreach and messaging as assigned. Coordinator - Brian Mayfield. Volunteers needed: 1-2.
